KMI operates an ISO compliant Quality Control System

Our quality policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the company. From first piece inspection to final inspection, we monitor the processing to ensure precision, accuracy, and reliability. We maintain full traceability, from raw materials to final shipment. This philosophy has helped us keep a satisfied customer base.

Although we incorporate a Quality Control Dept., each operator is required to perform inspection of parts at each operation and they work directly with our QC Manager. Finished parts must be passed through our QC dept. before proceeding to our shipping dept.

We employ a strict machine maintenance schedule that helps us produce accurate parts, delivered on time, not delayed due to equipment breakdowns.
